Changing from off campus to on campus: ucla

<p>So I decided I want the on-campus experience but had selected to be off-campus on both my fafsa and ucla app. I already submitted corrections on my fafsa sir and received my epal from ucla. Does anyone know what steps would I need to take to apply for on campus housing and if that will negatively affect my fin aid? </p>

<p>Should I make that correction on my fafsa and submit it? should i notify ucla? how?</p>

<p>Thanx for any input, my brain's kinda fried at this point and i just need some clarification.</p>

<p>Yes. You need to go to the UCLA Financial Aid webpage and click on “forms”. There is a housing change form. You need to fill it out and fax it to them.</p>

<p>I would change your FAFSA from “off-campus” to “on-campus” and fax them the form. Their fax# is: 310-206-7419. They are pretty good about processing the forms. I faxed them something on Tues and they e-mailed me on Thurs needing some additional docs.</p>

<p>Oh, I forgot something! Don’t forget to APPLY for housing. The financial aid form isn’t your housing app, so be sure to do that too. I’m sure that you already know this, just making sure.</p>
