Changing major from Bio to Humanities at Revelle?

Hi! So I was admitted to Revelle College at UCSD this year for General Biology. I am planning on doing premed and going to med school. For now, however, I am very passionate about literature and philosophy and I suppose undergrad may be the last time I can delve into something besides my career choice major that I’m interested in. I’m aware that the major you choose does not matter to medical schools and the humanities may present an advantage even. Hence, I am considering majoring in Literature at Revelle and minoring in Biology, while being premed.
My concern is that I have not yet committed to any schools and UCSD is known for its Biology program and science-related majors. Would it be a waste of what the school has to offer if I change my major to the humanities? How are the humanities classes at ucsd? Are they relatively strong, considering how the science programs are? I’ll still be looking for internships related to my future career and extracurriculars for med school and bio, regardless. But I do really want to study literature while I can. Thank you!

Also, will it be more difficult to go down this path at Revelle, or is it easier to keep my bio major and just minor in the humanities?
