A question from my friend,
Recently he went to the Office of Admission for Undergraduate at UCI regarding changing majors. They told him to request a change in major online through the ‘Msg Ctr.’ Since admission decisions are already made, he has to do a “Send Other Msg” to Admission. He’s wondering what should he say and whether doing it now would complicate things. Should he just wait for everything to finish and stick w/ his current major and then talk to his counselor later? He also heard that there is a orientation coming up (is this true?) and that might be the best time to change major since counselor will be meeting w/ students regarding classes needed to be taken? Thanks.
