<p>your choices were made by college, so if you're accepted into CIT you can choose any major in that college except ECE. If you did not apply to CIT you can attempt to transfer from whatever college you end up in.</p>

<p>ECE is in CIT , but you can get rejected from it while still getting into CIT. Transfering in is very hard I believe.</p>
