So I seriously screwed up my application to Cornell. I already applied for regular decision to the College of Human Ecology since its cheaper for me, a NY resident, to attend. However, I neglected to check the SAT subject test requirements. Do you know if Cornell would allow me to change what college i applied to? (i would like to change to arts & sciences). If not, do you think that I would be considered even though I dont have a math SAT subject test?

You can call the admissions office and see what they say. You have to contact them if you want to make changes to a submitted application, they’ll tell you what to do! Good luck :)

Why not take the January Math SAT?

Edit*Does anyone know if Cornell accepts January SAT scores? I thought they did but…

well, I emailed admissions & then waited 2 weeks: no response. SO then I called them up & essentially they said I can’t change anything once the application has been submitted. The admissions counselor on the phone said my application will be reviewed “anyway” but i really don’t think i’ll have a chance without that requirement

I’m not really sure about the jan. SAT since they’re really late this year… Jan. 28 so they wont get the scores to mid feb… I really dont want to take them anyway, i only got a 660 on the math portion of the SAT I!
