<p>I'm a New York resident and a freshman in college and I've been looking to transfer to a school with a good math and/or CS program. Does anybody know of some good schools on the lower end of tuition or ones that give merit aid to transfer students?</p>

<p>University of Illinois at Chicago (UIC) has a very good math program, some say better that UI Urbana Champaign and is only 12k tuition per semester out-of-state. For CS i’m not sure about the quality.</p>
