Chegg

Major scam. Don't ever waste your time renting books from them, They don't do what they say they will do.

They strike me as a company that is strictly into making money off the backs of their customers and they have no integrity whatsoever, You may save a few bucks up front but in the long run they will screw you!

I have always used Chegg to both rent and resell books. They have the best prices, excellent customer service, and easy shipping. I don’t know “what they say they will do”
but I dont have anything but good things to say about them.

I’m with njblue. My son has rented several textbooks there over the past 2 years and it’s worked out well.

I have never used them, because I can usually buy good used books for less, but I have heard good things about them.

We used Chegg for a book this year and it went very smoothly. Returning it couldn’t have been easier, with a prepaid UPS post to print out from my account. What are the details of your poor experience with them?

I used them last year for me and had no issues. I echo others questions about what went wrong with your transaction?

I’ve rented several books and purchased two at very reasonable prices. I don’t know anyone else who’s had a problem with them.

What is it that they’re not doing? Why do you think they have no integrity?

OP…single post on forum…first one to complain about this service. OP hasn’t been back.

Hmmm…

My daughter has used them for the past two years and has never had a problem. What was the issue that you had?

Poor OP. Everyone who searches for Chegg will find this thread. Rather the opposite of his intention.

i’m with the other above; is there a specific complaint?
