Chem and U.S. Hist. Questions

My General Chemistry course included a section on the photoelectric effect, emission/absorption spectrum and calculations with wavelength, planck's constant, speed of light, etc.
Will this be on the SAT II Chemistry Subject Test? It isn't included in the PR or SN reviews but I wanted to be sure.

ALSO, I was wondering if someone could tell me whether or not the outline provided by the site below looks like it would cover everything on the U.S. History Subject Test. I don't have much more time to review (obviously since the test is Saturday) but if the outline below really does mention all of the necessary topics then I'll feel much better. Assuming that I know the topics in the outline and I've reviewed Kaplans, will I have a good shot at a 750-800?

Thanks!

I don't think photons/wavelengths, planck's etc. is on it but I'm not 100% sure. I don't see why you don't have a good shot. I thought I did and I ended up with a 710, but life goes on and it's not a bad score anywyas. idk anything about US history
