CHM 2045L is one credit, but the class lasts for 3 periods. Does the class actually take that long, or is it alloted extra time because it is a lab?

Chem 1 lab rarely takes the entire period.

who had/has Horvath? I’ve heard horror stories. :/

Horvath is listed as he teacher for chem lab 2045L, but he isn’t (just a long time prof who presides over the labs in some fashion). You will have a TA in all probability. My S had it last fall and had a TA—.

don’t worry. It rarely lasts that long. Plus you will be required to work with two other people(not of your choice) so the work goes a little faster.
