<p>Do the Chem Labs really last 3 periods? ~2 hours seems like a lot of time to do one lab</p>
<p>In CHM2045 it depends on the assignment and your group, but some will last close to 3 hours. In CHM2046, I spend the full 2.5 hours there most weeks.</p>
<p>My S said that in his CHM2045 Lab last fall, he never spent the full 3 hours. He had one lab that went just over 2 1/2 hours, most were about 2 hours and several were just about 1 1/2 hours. You work with a team.</p>
