<p>For anyone who has taken this course, is it absolutely required to buy the model kit? I realize it would be helpful to understanding bonding, molecular shape, etc., but if I can picture it perfectly fine in my head, will I need this?</p>
<p>No not really- I really didn’t use it even though Prof Halpin drilled it into our heads that it was absolutely necessary to buy it to get an A. I did buy it, but just built a water molecule for fun and never touched it again…
