<p>Do you have any other reason for picking Wisconsin apart from rankings? Most rankings are heavily focused on graduate rather than undergraduate.</p>
<p>What would the costs be at each of these? With 4 state schools, at least 2 of those would be out of state tuition, which is really pricey (though less so at U of M).</p>
<p>Rankings measure faculty quality and to an extent facilities. Same people teach both levels in same place. As good a measure as you can find.</p>
<p>My vote is on UIUC or Wisconsin-Madison.</p>
