Does anyone have firsthand experience with the Chemistry department at Villanova? How good a fit is it for someone who wants to go to graduate school for chemistry?

The sciences are very rigorous at Villanova. Villanova also has a graduate program in Chemistry and a 5yr MS/BS Chemistry program.
The most important thing is if you want to major in sciences , make sure you are not an undeclared arts student freshman year. It will be difficult if you are not taking Chem/Bio courses freshman year and I strongly advise that you have a strong academic advisor in Chemistry. PM me if you need further insight.

Thanks, Brave Ulysses. My son declared himself a chem major on his app. What are your thoughts about testing out of the first level? He got a 5 on AP Chem.
