<p>I have been preparing for my final thesis for a long time. The title of my thesis is "Chinese and American College Students' Work Values and Commitments: A Cross-cultural Perspective". </p>
<p>Although I once intended to examine the work values and commitments among Chinese and American employees, these values vary in different industries and I do not know so many employees of different industries as to get enough samples. So I make some adjustment and try to investigate American and Chinese college students. I think it will be more feasible.</p>
<p>In order to collect more data, I have built an online survey. However, I still can not get enough American student samples so far. </p>
