<p>Penn State, Muhlenberg or Gettysburg</p>
<p>I like them all and I'm not desperate enough to pull out of a hat. Does anyone have an opinion as to which is the best?</p>

<p>Interesting you would consider Penn State, huge-school vs the two smaller LAC's. </p>
<p>Gettysburg has more of a town to visit, larger Frat/sor scene. The party scene will be more prevalent at Gettysburg. Muhlenberg's parties are in houses off campus, because the school closed most of the frats. The Pres of Muhlenberg sent a letter home saying that 19 students were taken to the hospital for alchohol poisoning the first semester! As a parent the honesty around all this was refreshing and reassuring.
I would be interested to know how many Gettysburg kids are taken to the hospital........which may not reflect the true number of how many SHOULD go. It depends if kids think they will get in trouble if they help out.</p>
<p>I think Muhlenberg is more well respected school vs Gettysburg academically as feeder to grad school, law school, and Medical schools.</p>
<p>Muhlenberg's vibe is different than Gettysburg's- with the strong Pre-Med and Theatre Arts programs, there is more variety in the types of kids. Both schools are NOT racially diverse.</p>
