Of the admittances you have, definitely go to Duke. If you get into Penn, then Penn probably has somewhat better job placement and an Ivy League membership (if that matters to you), but otherwise Duke vs. Penn should be a matter of personal preference: Northeastern big city or gorgeous Southern campus + a great sports scene?

^ Wharton has better placement for sure but Duke outcompetes Penn CAS. The average starting salary for a Penn grad is $78,200. Duke grads make $76,700 on average. It’s obvious that the Wharton kids command a premium so the CAS students are almost certainly doing worse than Duke alums.

^^this is a Law School forum, so not sure Wharton or CAS is relevant…(I assume the OP was seeking advice comparing law school admissions…)

bluebayou is correct. The average starting salary for a Duke LAW grad is surely well over $120k.
