Choosing a College for a Law School Hopeful

Somehow @blountwil2 you must have some pre-conceived notions about UA.

A friend (who is an engineer) from IL has twin engineering students at UA as freshmen, both with Presidential and Engineering scholarships. He has an older child that graduated from U-MN, and one that is in graduate school at U-MN. Here is what he said about UA engineering (one twin is in mechanical eng, and one in civil):

"My observation so far is that the UA engineering school is very good just looking at what is being taught. I also think the ENGR 103 class is very good and quite practical. A super introduction to engineering concepts. Kind of works also to help students understand which branch of engineering interests them considering they touch on electrical, fluid flow (hydraulics) and mechanics.

Overall, I am very pleased with their choice of school and the challenges they are having."
