Which college best molds a student for respected law schools? Any information is much appreciated… Environment, Classes, Academics, etc.

Both schools will enable you to mold yourself for respected law schools.

I think Brandeis is more “known” for pre-law/pre-med but that has less to do with the institution itself and more about the culture and background of the student body. I remember reading a student run publication at Brandeis that poked fun at the fact that most of the Jewish students (who compose the majority) are either pre-law or pre-med. Plus there is a very strong history of social justice that ties heavily into law and civics.

However, like @TomSrOfBoston said, either will mold you for a respected law school. In fact, any reputable, accredited undergraduate institution in this country will mold you for a respectable law school. Law school admissions put very little weight on prestige or pedigree - the student makes the education, not the other way around. With drive and determination, attending either school will put you in a very decent place for admission into respectable law schools. If you look at Harvard Law’s undergraduate representation, you’ll see students from all over - everywhere from Harvard UG and Yale to BU and Brandeis to East Podunk State.

Good luck.

thank you! @preamble1776 as I have researched about Brandeis, I felt that it was the college for me now i hope my application is up to par
