Choosing between New College of Florida and UF

I am a senior who was recently accepted into both of the schools and I need some advise as to which one would be a better fit.

Stats: 2160 SAT, IB student, top 10% of class
Extracurriculars: strong interest in international relations (e.g. published in a newspaper up north, Young Democrats pres, various competitions)
-Very strong in biology… a little weak in chemistry

Goals:
-I was originally planning on seeking a PharmD, which UF is well known for, but the low acceptance rate (20%) into the pharm school.
-As a backup, I was thinking of attending NCF for medical school instead as a backup (ironic, i know) because of the 80% acceptance rate into medial school.
-There is the possibility that I may attend NCF to get the necessary courses, and then apply to the PharmD school at UF after an AA or bachelor’s degree
-I have visited both campuses and I very much prefer smaller class sizes, but that is not a necessity.
The PharmD and MD degrees aren’t exactly my passions. So although I believe it might be easier to learn in the small classes at NCF, its reputation is suspect, which might hurt me if I do not into grad school…
-My true passions lie in international relations/etc., and NCF’s strengths in grad school admission and UF’s relatively strong reputation are both factors that leave me undecided even in this area…

Personality: Leaning towards NCF, as I do like highly intellectual students (yes, there are those at every campus, but a higher concentration would be good), and dislike UF’s reputation as a “party school”.
-Money isn’t really a factor, as the tuition at both would be cheap for my household income…
