Choosing Chem, AP Chem, or Physics

Ok people, I need your advice. This is what my schedule will be in junior year:

Honors Trigonometry/Math Analysis
French 3AB
AP Language & Composition
AP Chem/Honors Physics/Reg or Honors Chem
AP U.S. History
AP Art History

Now, I know this amount of APs will be overwhelming, if not impossible, but I believe that my decisions here are good. The only problem is the science section of my schedule. Now, unfornately, in 9th grade, I had no science class at all, since the counselor put me in computers, even though I took it in 8th grade. For my sophomore year, I just finished Honors Biology with a consistent A- (not to brag).

Anyways, right now it's hard for me to decide on what science class to take. I know that colleges mostly look at AP classes rather than Honors/Reg classes. I've asked some of my friends about those classes, and these are the answers I got:

Reg/Honors Chem: Don't take it. The teacher is really bad for the class (heard a lot).
AP Chem: Many students complain on how the AP test for it was really difficult.
Honors Physics: Good class, but teached in a boring way (heard a lot).

The reason why I didn't list AP Biology was that the teacher who teaches it is retiring. :(

I certainly like both chemistry and physics. People said that chemistry is more interesting than physics. For chemistry I like on how there's a variety of different, scientific things to learn, along with it being math-based and remembering formulas, etc. As for Physics, I like the forces included in it, the engineering subjects included in it, etc. Overall, it's really hard for me to decide.

Sorry for this wall of text, but I'm really asking your suggestion on what science class I should take. (Remember that I only have junior & senior year left, along with the APs I'm taking.)

What is your intended major in college and where do you plan on applying?
