Hi everyone! I'm currently a junior looking at some courses to take at my local CC during the summer since they offer up to two at a great discount to high school students. The range of courses is slim but if I were to take two, I'd choose General Psychology and Statistics (I'll have completed Pre-Calc and I am taking AP Calc next year). I could either:

A) Take both. They are both 5-week courses so I'd complete one and then begin the next four days later.

B) Take just one.

Which would be the better choice? I've never taken summer courses before so I'm new to this.

Thank you!

Bump. I have to make this decision soon, please help me out!

If you think you can handle it, take both.

Do you think it would be difficult to handle? I plan on having a job and volunteering as well along with my AP summer work.

Opportunity costs here. Check to see if they’ll help you out with future general ed, if so, heck yes, go at it. Otherwise, I’d cherry pick the good stuff from the course on my own if the credit is not needed. (Or you want to be a college admissions type person… … … )

Thanks for your response! I think they will both be useful. I am just wondering if anyone thinks it’ll be too time consuming.
