I'm looking to major in Computer Science, and I haven't been able to find any rankings in Undergraduate CS anywhere, only Graduate CS or Engineering (which is rather broad)...

So I basically applied to colleges on hunches from grad cs or undergrad engineering ranks and such...

If anyone has undergrad CS rankings or could give me any advice on which of the following colleges' UG CS program is the best, I would really, really appreciate it! Thanks =]

I'm still waiting for replies from:
-Cornell
-Carnegie Mellon

I've been accepted to:
-Northwestern
-Michigan
-Rochester
-PennState
-Binghamton
-Northeastern

Since computer science falls into the engineering category, you can just look for top undergrad engineering programs which will most likely have great CS programs. MIT for instance is top for undergrad engineering according to usnews, they have a department of EE and CS:http://www.eecs.mit.edu/

See the thing is that CS is very different from EE even though some schools take a combined (eecs) approach to hardware and software...

How good a school is with electrical engineering however isn't necessarily an indicator at how good it is for those interested in computer science programs...

i'm actually at quite a loss as to why USNews has graduate level CS Rankings under the Sciences category, but undergraduate CS is never ranked

If I were you, I'd look at the grad CS rankings, but also try to find out more about the individual schools and how the environment is for undergrads.
