Civil Eng. Transfer Applying in Spring Chances?

Hey all,

So I am a sophomore CivE at UD (Delaware) and I am wondering what my chances are.

Current GPA: 3.42.
Extracurriculars: Air Force ROTC (awarded with Air Force Freshman Cadet Warrior Spirit Award meaning I excelled in physical fitness, boosted morale among my peers and showed constant dedication), Alpha Sigma Phi Fraternity Founding Father, Pershing Rifles (Military Oriented Honorary Fraternity), Intramural Football. This is what I did this semester
Last year: Intramural Soccer, Intramural Basketball, Engineers Without Borders.

I think I will be doing quite bad this semester unfortunately. I think I am looking at B's if I do well on finals. I think a conservative estimate would be a 2.93. B- in Physics, B in Calc C, B- in Statics and an A in my Air Force class. That'd bring me down to an overall GPA of 3.29. But with good reason considering the classes are difficult, I joined ALL of that stuff this semester and I was dealing with some family issues along with issues of my own.

And in case it matters, I would of course want to continue with AFROTC over at UM. Since they have an Aeronautics program I may consider making my first choice AE over CE. Especially if I have a better chance of getting in.

Thanks for reading/chancing me!

And would anyone have any other recommendations as far as schools with AE or CE I could apply to transfer to that are good but not out of my reach? :D. I'd really appreciate it haha.
