Civil Engineering

I'm currently a junior studying civil engineering. My current situation is this, for my Senior year Spring semester I can only take one design class and I can graduate. But I don't want to take just one class. I'm thinking about whether I should retake some classes (engineering class) and boost my GPA or should I go on and take graduate level courses.

If after I graduate and I can find a job, I'll probably go out and work but eventually I think I'm going to go back and go for a Masters in Structural Engineering. Does Graduate school like students retaking classes?

My current GPA is around a 2.8.

Thanks alot

Do well in your current semester and in your senior year to boost your GPA without needing to retake anything (depending on your school’s policy, retaking may not actually replace the old grade in the GPA). With the free space in senior year, you can take additional technical or non-technical electives if you want.
