Clark Scholars Texas Tech?

I actually applied to it during high school, but was not accepted. I know of many other summer opportunities that I'd be happy to share with others.

gasp You mean...summer programs besides:

TASP
RSI
HSSHSP (whatever)
COSMOS
SSP
Cornel Nano
WTP
MITES
Oxbridge
Baylor's
Clark University's
Governors Schools
Any college summer schools

? O_O

yes, marimare, the ones you listed are not the only ones.

Summer Journalism Program: The Princeton University Summer Journalism Program
UW-Madison College of Engineering, Diversity Affairs: UW-Madison College of Engineering, Diversity Affairs Office
Summer Research Apprentice Program
Pre-college Enrich Program at MUW
NASA Sharp

College of Engineering and Applied Science ESP Overview
NCSU Engineering High School Summer Programs

What do you think of these programs?

Baylor University || Summer Science Research Program

NBTC: Research Areas

I'm impressed >: D.

My favorites out of the list:
Summer Research Apprentice Program
NBTC: Research Areas
Baylor's
U-W Madison

Others I found a bit short, but these seem great!

BTW I think NASA Sharp died in 2005 due to funding. They have other high school programs but none that widespread anymore.

Thanks! What did you do that summer?

I went to the one in Wisconsin. It was an amazing program. The deadline has not yet passed so you can apply if you qualify.

Here's one more:

::...::.Crimson Summer Academy::..::::..:.

I know at least two dozen more, but I have to find where I put them.

But I don't think that you're eligible for the Harvard program since I doubt if you live in Boston.

Haha, yeah, not in Boston. I want to apply to that Wisconsin program but I'm still waiting on one of the coordinators' email about whether they'll allow me to take more advanced courses since PreCalc/Calc plus a few others would be really boring for me since I've them before. The SRAP program sounds really interesting, so I might give that a chance.

the program at MUW is also good. They don't have a website, but I have a number that I can give you. You can call that number and they will send you info about the program.

It's a free program, and I wanted to attend but couldn't due to extenutating circumstances.

Oh dear, so it seems as if my teacher's recommendations will not be sent on time. Are they pretty lax about deadlines?

Don't know >_> Actually I have that problem myself. I think the USPS lost one of the letters, since it's been 5 days and it still hasn't been received.

vtoodler, what's the program at MUW about?

it's about anything. You can take whatever classes you want to take?

i hope they are'nt super strict abt applications......i'm express mailing it tomorrow...it shud reach them by Friday 3.00 pm if too late.
