I'm torn because I'm interested in biology/biotech/bio engineering, as well as CS, but also history... and Rose doesn't have the latter as a major. And also, my boyfriend goes to Rose, so I'm afraid that people would think that I'm applying there just because he goes there, which I'm not. It really seems to match me personality wise.

anyone else for art schools?! hope to see you there! :D

i might do cooper union for architecture and/or tisch for filmmaking. what art do you do?

photogssss haha, coop is sorta a joke, their hometest just looks like the greatest brain teaser of all, and i cant pass up a challenge like that

i know a few people who went to sva and risd for photography- they all really loved it. i have a friend at ICP, but idk if thats an undergrad college or what....not tisch? hopefully next year ill get into brown or yale, they both have fabulous art departments

yale is sorta questionable. on their site its hard to find a mention of their undergrad photo program. This makes me think that either a) it doesnt exist, or b) they dont really value it as much as they do their grad program. I saw somewhere that one of their photo programs only has 9 people in it per year, idk if thats grad or undergrad, either way, i feel like thats probably too small to get a good exchange of diff ideas, probs better for masters. if i go to risd, i can take classes at brown, so it seems silly to take someones spot, since im not wedded to brown as so many of my friends are. In general, i prefer the idea of art school over liberal arts w/ good arts program. The only non arts im really considering is probs RIT, but they seem more focused on technical ability over creativity.
