<p>Lol, I'm one of those last minute submitters. I haven't finished my engineering essay yet. Just realized today that there wasn't a word limit.</p>
<p>Yeah - submitted the thing... Now it sleeps in a small post office, flies 7 hours over the Atlantic and 45 days later - hopefully a beautiful looking letter enters my house ;) </p>
<p>Just hope, that everything is in there - funny: Today I saw that I misspelled my father's name - and I've read like 1000 times over it ... DOn't wanna know which other mistakes are inside the envelope...</p>
<p>However - still a good feeling.</p>
<p>Did any of you misspell a word in your essay?? lol Be honest people.</p>

<p>I had a native proofreading it and he found like 3 mistakes in the essays + short answers. However, I have found 3 - 4 errors which slipped like 10 controls thus I am absolutely sure that there is a mistake somewhere in.</p>
<p>They are not searching for errors thus as long as it is not an incomplete sentence or something in this direction, it will be ok... I hope :D</p>
<p>I hope so too.... i was asking because I think I saw a mistake.... but I'm not sure anymore. I keep reading the application over that I tend to make the mistakes look right in my mind...lol wierd right?</p>
<p>people, i need confidence! last minute panic here... i mean, i have been preparing this for several months now, yet i feel like sending a pile of papers is the most stupid thing there is!</p>

<p>Submitted the application on Saturday night, and I just sent in the financial aid application. I CAN'T BELIEVE it's actually over. Wow.</p>

Besides keeping it with you is just goingto increase the panic! So, if its online, press the button..lol..., if its by mail,...........just send it.lol</p>
<p>Just submitted it last week! I was going to procrastinate even further, but my parents wouldn't let me. Now I just want to make sure that they recieved everything... why can't we log on with the stupid PIN yet??? Anyways, I misspelled a word on my app; it wasn't in the essay, though. I wrote "labaratory" instead of "laboratory". :)</p>
<p>For common app users, did you guys submit an attached resume? like, would you only do a partial list for the section, and then attach, or do a whole list and attach ? ^_^ thanks</p>

<p>i never even got an email saying they got my application in the first place. i did it by mail. hmmmmm</p>
<p>dont feel bad, pk. i sent by mail as well. remember they're being bombarded with mail right now, both from applicants and from counselors/teachers.</p>

<p>*by the way: i mailed mine on paper on october 12th and got my first email october 25th, and now this today. It probably helped that all my teacher recs and school transcript and such were all in the same envelope as my application.</p>
