<p>I'm not an expert but i thought the loans for international undergraduate students require a co-signer who is a US Permanent Resident or a US Citizen. I can be wrong as i understand also that there are colleges with big endowments who offer their own type of loan without the co-signer. I wonder if "bait and switch" financial aid strategy by some colleges also happens to international students.</p>

don know about fall 2006 but there was no acceptance last year but the university's site says there 4 Nepalese students studying there</p>
