Now that the deadline has passed, we can dish.

What were your short takes (or short answers)?

** What is the best piece of advice you have received in the last three years?

What do you wish you were better at being or doing?

What is something about which you have changed your mind in the past 3 years?

You have been granted a free weekend next month. How will you spend it?

What is a learning experience, in or out of the classroom, that has had a significant impact on you? **

I prefer to not list my specific answers as I do not want any one to be able to pinpoint me and my identity to this account, but I will say that I answered them honestly which resulted in a few funny answers and answers that backed up my interests and activities as per my applciation.

I will say that my daughter had a great answers to all her short takes. Some serious, but a lot quite light hearted. For example, when asked what she would do with a free weekend, she stated that she would spend it “trying yet again to perfect her vegan bread recipe”. What I think the biggest mistake is (or was) is trying to sound too serious or scholarly. These are supposed to be little snippets that give them insight into your life.

She did get in - obviously not based upon this one answer.
