<p>I plan on applying to UPenn Engineering next year (as a sophomore). Here are my stats:</p>

<p>-School: Villanova University
-Major: Computer Engineering
-Fall 2012 GPA: 3.67
-HS GPA: 3.45 UW
-ACT: 27</p>

<p>What should I to improve my chances? Should I retake ACT or take the SAT I/II?</p>
