My instate D was accepted received 2500/yr merit scholarship. I understand that Temple averages the CR and W scores and adds the result to the math score, on that basis her combined CR/M was 1280. Hoping to hear soon if she qualified for honors college!

Knoll, did you received your honors college notification yet?

Not yet. What about you?

Looks like you will hear about the honors college notification After 2 to 4 weeks from the initial acceptance date. See the link below

nothing yet. I’d love for her to get honors so she could have access to the smaller classes.

I submitted my application at Nov 9 and got accepted into Fox school of business today. However, I didn’t see anything about merit scholarship. Do you guys receive merit scholarship with your decision or do they notify you later? Can you find that information in TUportal?

How did you all initially receive notice of your admission (i.e. mail, e-mail, TUportal, etc.)? Also, how long did it take for you all to receive your admission decisions? My application was complete about a month ago… Still waiting!

the merit scholarship was not in the TU Portal but was in the formal acceptance letter received in the mail.

@philliephankev, it took ~ 4-5 weeks. I’m sure you’ll get some response very soon.

BTW, the admission + merit notification for my daughter came about 2 weeks ago, and the honors college notification packet came yesterday, if it helps anyone.

Ok thank you, @BamaMama!

Good news! Just found out I was accepted! Just to confirm, the scholarships were not found in the portal, but in the formal letter correct?

I got the acceptance to the honors program in postal mail today.
