<p>@Momzie and Partyoffour - Under College Life there is a thread titled “A to Z: What to bring to college.” (I have trouble posting links on my phone). Bed Bath and Beyond has a great list that is more concise and can be easily printed for reference. As a general rule, the merchandise sold through the schools is of poor quality. </p>
<p>Son #1 accepted to all University of California campuses as well as Harvey Mudd College and Cornell University. Is He’s in summer session @ Cornell NOW accepted as honors Engineering student and will be majoring in Chemical Engineering. Received outside scholarships from Toyota, Edison International, Milkan Scholarship and three others totalling over 70 thousand ? Thank God.</p>

<p>We had quite a list of what to buy going on the Parents of the Class of 2014 thread too! We’re all focused on that right now :)</p>
<p>Don’t know whether anyone helped you out yet. If you know exact room dimensions and what the school provides, then it comes down to practical things and decor. The latter is vastly more important to a girl. The shower situation and the laundry set-up are two more things to consider.</p>
