What happened to BNKS this year? I have heard that no one applied ED1 but don’t know the reason. Any one applying to Lafayette ED2?

The girl who got into MIT is Sisam Bhandari. Seems she is originally from Nepal, but she studied in Division Avenue High school New York. She’s an accomplished artist from a magnet school in New York, what else do you need to get into MIT huh?

If she has been accepted to MIT and she studied in country away from Nepal, she has not been compared with the Nepalese applicant pool. However, the college might include her citizenship as a form of diversity.
