@Mjkacmom I didn’t fully understand the price tag when I had 5 of them! My #5 graduates high school in 2027! As you can attest to, it is important to find schools that are both good values and good fits.

@Mjkacmom. Where else did your child apply for pt. That is what my son is going for too.
She has applied to Quinnipiac, Seton Hall, Scranton, Villanova, Muhlenberg, plans on Northeastern and UConn, plus Rutgers, Notre Dame and Princeton (who really don’t have what she’s looking for). JDcollegedad, yes, 5 is a little crazy, can’t believe I complained about diapers and formula (although we had them all in under 6 years, so that went fast).

D’s major on the portal won’t you go away, followed by an acceptance to nursing the very next day! For she pines to become a Blue Hen, that she checks the portal again and again! She is so eager to study nursing, at the portal she has started cursing. She hopes to find out before you go on vacation, through high school she has shown such dedication. To wait for a decision until the new year, on her patience you would surely wear. So shower her with some good news, please remove her from your pending queues. So send her an acceptance as a present, for her love of UDel would surely cement.
I am an employee, and my Husband and I are both alumni. If my daughter would be accepted it would mean all of hard work to get her here paid off and it would be the best X-Mas ever! Fingers crossed for the next 48hrs to everyone out there still waiting…

Daughter’s major disappeared today and it now shows interested in changing major. She got the under review email back around mid November, I think.
Hey! So the option to change my major appeared this morning, I’ve been monitoring the portal like a hawk, and just about fell off my chair when I saw it finally disappeared. I’m incredibly nervous because UD is in my top three and I realllly want to get in. Does anybody know how my chances are?

My Son’s major disappeared this morning and the link to change majors is there. Does this mean a decision tomorrow? He applied 11/18, Email under review 12/6.
We applied 9/29 with all docs 10/12, under review 12/6, and no portal change. Why… this is torture!

@LMayPA The stats are in range for UDel, and the honors courses, ECs, legacy and daughter of an employee will likely push it into an acceptance. You were wise to specify a second major. I bet that she hears early in January. Best of luck!
