Does anyone have any idea as to when No Objection Letters will start being re-issued?
I’m worried the restrictions won’t be lifted before fall 2020. Is the NOC letter mandatory for studying abroad?
For right now we can only hope for the summer to subside the virus.
If the outbreak doesn’t stop, the universities abroad will also not open and will probably start giving online classes. So, stress yourself out too much.
And yes, NOC is mandatory.

So is Howard compared to MIT. This thread discriminates students on the basis of their ability to get into “elite” schools. lol. Getting accepted anywhere should be a big deal.
