When I click on view/pay bill authorize users an error page comes up. I am thinking this is relly not good.
When I click on that link, I get the following message:
“Currently there is no activity on your account Student Accounts.”
Not sure what this means in terms of acceptance as I have a link for financial aid, would be surprised if this meant I wasn’t accepted as UCONN was one of my target schools. Could mean I was branched?
What I am seeing is that everything but loan info has been posted, can people confirm?
is Fall 2020 a dropdown from “My Account”??
How much did others get for stem excellence???
Getting worried. I don’t see an option for Fall 2020. Ours just says no activity on this account.
Mine too…
@jdhMom are you in the financial aid link? If so, go back out to the main page, then scroll down a bit…under “finances” do you need something like “pay bill, authorize users…” click on that if you can.
I really hope no one gets worried if they don’t see anything in regards to the bill…I told my son not to share that info with classmates…
This could simply be an avenue accessible to SOME who have received scholarships (maybe not even all scholarship recipients) because it is a natural update that would be made to a bill (getting a scholarship/grant) and have NOTHING to do with admission decisions for everyone who applied.
Are any of you from ECE classes seeing this as well?? Or are you all out of state?
@dilldaisy - I’m wondering the same thing.
@lexington29 I am OOS. Yes, like MThopeful2022 said…you have to click the PayBill/Authorize User/Manage payment plan link…it’ll take you to another area. If I click on View Financial Aid under Financial Aid I only see unable to access/2021. If I click on View Fee Bill under my account it comes to some weird search area.
3750 for my D, my understanding is 7500 per year. My son got the same, but he applied for Business. My D is applying for STEM and her grades are better, expected more. Not sure if this is final, will know in a day or two.
@MThopeful2022 yes, that is where I clicked: pay bill, authorize users, etc.
That takes me to: https://payplan.uconn.edu/C2xxxx_tsa/tapp but I don’t have any options after that.
@Rubix1 DD (OOS) was accepted last year with a yearly $18,500 academic excellence scholarship, but decided on a different college. DS has higher stats, so I suspect that the $23,500 would be the yearly amount.
Stem scholarship is usually $20,000 a year for oos and $10,000 for in state, the academic excellence is usually $15,000 oos and $7,500 in state. My son received $3,750 for fall 2020 academic excellence oos but he is majoring in a New England Regional Program so he gets in state scholarship amount added to $13,700 savings in tuition.
@jdcollegedad Two years ago my oldest was accepted (very high stats) and got the 18500…highest award for that form of merit at the time. My child this year (while strong) has lower stats. Your rationale makes sense about being a semester amount, and that would mean UCONN upped their award, which is definitely a positive. And we are grateful for anything regardless. Congrats to you all!
Is STEM scholarship showing for anyone yet?
i’m out of state and it is showing an error for me. I do have the scholarship link though
@maggiedonlevie I am also OOS I have an error message and I do not have the scholarship link
