My D got in to Smeal tonight at midnight. Button disappeared at 6:30pm.

I got accepted into Altoona 2+2. I’m very disappointed since it was really Smeal at UP or nothing for me. I was very surprised about this since my counselor was just telling me that Penn state would be a safety for me. Just goes to show you that anything can happen. Congrats to all accepted tonight, and good luck to everyone that hasn’t gotten a decision yet!!!
Does anyone know if I could reach out to admissions and request that they look at my application again but with a summer start at University Park (I initially selected no to summer on my application).
TO button disappeared about 6:30 pm and saw acceptance about 6:30 am.

Does anyone know if Nursing for UP comes out late? Haven’t seen many Nursing decisions on CC.
You can ask for a reconsideration with summer. For what it’s worth. Smeal is one of the most competitive colleges at PSU. You can get into Smeal from The undecided major also so you may want to ask for reconsideration to DUS and summer. DUS is also very competitive these days but less so than Smeal.

has anyone been accepted for liberal arts ? if not, it may be because there is usually a huge applicant pool for LA
I was just accepted into Altoona through the 2+2 Plan. I have a 3.7, 1500 SAT, research, internships, and more. Hence, I am very confused as to why I wasn’t admitted into UP (my first choice).
We are still waiting - anyone else?

We have similar stats (except I went test optional because all my tests got cancelled) and I was also accepted into Altoona instead of UP. What school did you apply to? I applied to Smeal.
