I have not seen these class of 2026 stats posted on the Smith website anywhere, but just received them in the Smith magazine:
7, 269 total application
1, 662 admitted
625 enrolled
23% admission rate (this is down from over 30% in years prior)
707 early decision applications
Based on this, Smith showed a nice admission yield of 38%.
Hi! Does the magazine happen to mention the ED acceptance rate?
It did not mention ED acceptance rate.
In the past the ED acceptance rate was around 60%. They used to get about 500 ED apps and accept about 300 (almost half the class). With the increase of the ED apps I would guess the ED acceptance rate fell to about 50%. But that’s a guess.
