Essays are good, I started writing them last year and the prompts haven’t changed this year, so I’d say they’re 8/10.

You aren’t applying to MIT? You should really think about it! And I think your application is very solid, but it ultimately comes down to personal essays, so focus on those the most!! Just yesterday, my friend got into Dartmouth and Columbia (the only ones he opened so far), and got into both! He got a 24 on the ACT and didn’t even supply subject tests to any Ivies because he didn’t know what they were. So work extremely hard on those essays!
