Class Rank + Selective Colleges

I attend a public school in TX, and recently my school started a program where only the top 10% of students in each grade are ranked, and any student below the top 10% has the option of sending, or not sending their rank. My class has 800 students, and I am barely outside the top 10% (top 11%). I believe that my GPA and course load reflect a competitive academic schedule (only AP + Pre-AP classes, .3 GPA point increase over the course of HS), and my GPA represents a strong upward trend, so would it be worth it to submit my rank to colleges?

I am planning on applying to the following schools:

Reach: Harvard, Stanford, UPENN, RICE, and Dartmouth (yes I am aware these schools are difficult to get in to, that’s why they’re my REACH schools)
Match: UT
Safety: A&M, UTD

I would think so! In Texas to 7-10% is important because of the state Us. But you want to show that you are very close which would be good for all the other colleges. You should have more match colleges and less reaches to apply to.
