<p>If you are in a class of 200 ranked 21 would you be considered top 10% ?</p>

<p>If you are in a class of 220 and rank 23 would you be considered top 10%?</p>

<p>Can you round?</p>

<p>21/200 and 23/220 are top 11%.</p>
