Class Selection

What would look better in terms of Caltech admissions?
Taking a very difficult AP English class w/ no math elective
or
taking a somewhat blowoff Stats AP class, but being in the regular english class?

you could always take the ap eng class and self study the stats ap - it's a very easy ap to study for

um.... I am kind of similar ...what about very difficult AP English class vs. Math and Physics at community college?

Math and Physics at community college, if they aren't blowoff courses.

they are at one of the top Community College in the US(or so my counselor says...).
hardcore Calc C and Calc D (it's been too long since I took calc BC so i kinda need the review before college. and this community college have very strict prereqs.Calc BC only had half of C, and thats why I have to take C)
Calc based physics Mech (4A) E &M (4B) (the physics 2 classes are blow off classes though, which I am not taking)
math would be 4 hours a week(lectures) and physics would be 7 hours a week (lecture + labs)
Right now, I am feeling really bad for having no humanity APs, but I think I'll be better off taking what I like.
