Classes to take senior year?????

I'm currently a junior in high school, the classes im taking right now are as follows:
gym, lunch, american literature, pre-calc, honors physics, APUSH, spanish 4, and honors bio. I'm very interested in doing something in the medical field, particularly a physical therapist. My 2nd choice would be engineering. For next year though, I'm not sure what exactly to take to better prepare me for a possible premed school. As of right now schedule looks like this:
calc ab, athletic training-gym, lunch, anatomy-senior foods, and AP Bio. This gives me 3 classes that i dont have. I'm deciding between AP stat, spanish 5/latin 1, AP physics B, AP chem?, honors essay writing, regular essay writing.

Now my questions are:

Should i take another foreign language class? i've taken 3 in high school, and 4 total.
Would AP stat be beneficial?
would AP chem be too much with both ap calc and ap bio?
I know that what you major in doesnt really matter for med school, but what would be a good major?
