Can anyone suggest a few schools that would be good for a double major in classics and chemistry. I know alot of universities will come up, but if you could also suggest a few LAC's, that would be awesome. I'm a transfer student, so here are my stats so maybe you can tell me which schools i might be able to get into:

3.9 cumulative GPA at Arizona State (full merit scholarship)
1460 SAT (730/730)
National Merit Scholar
National Latin Exam 3 Time Gold Medalist
AP Scholar w/ Distinction
ECs: two sport varsity captain, founder of school newspaper, mock trial, Global Studies Club, AYSO Volunteer Soccer Referee, A few other community service projects.

Cornell has an awesome chemistry department and they also have a classics department. The chem program is pretty rigorous, but I think the classics major is a small department where you'd get a lot of personal attention.

As far as lacs....I'd a big Williams fan. But I think you might have a hard time finding lacs with a "classics" major, there are some out there, but it's a pretty specific major to have at a really small school.

Middlebury is also a beautiful school, but I don't know how their chem dept. is. I'm trying to think of good lacs known for sciences...um Colgate might fit? I know they have strong bio, but I don't know about chem.

Many top privates have great Classics and Chem, Dartmouth Duke Stanford Brown and Yale all have Classics programs with good Chem, while Williams Swarthmore and Amherst might be good LAC programs.

Might want to look at Holy Cross-very good in both programs. Also HC has a good combination of academics and athletics-campus is 1 hour from Boston.
