Classics or Cognitive Science major?

I am currently a junior in high school and am planning on applying ED to Penn next year.

I have done Latin all throughout high school, I am now in AP Latin and head of Latin club. Next year I plan to take Latin lit as well. I like it okay but I am not sure if I really want to only major in classics in college. Would it still be smart to apply as a classics major to penn? Since it is relatively less popular, would it increase my chances of getting in?

On the other hand, I think I am pretty interested in Cognitive Science, and might want to major in it with a concentration in linguistics or do the Computer Science/CogSci dual degree program. Would it make more sense to apply to the dual degree program instead? Compare to classics, would that lower my chances of getting in?

GPA: 3.99/4 unweighted (might be getting a B+ this year as well)
APs: computer science A (4, 10th grade), latin, calc BC and chem currently.
planned courses for senior year:
AP English
AP stats
AP Bio
AP psych
Advanced Calc (post AP)
Latin Lit (post AP)

Thanks so much!
