I've been wearing my ACU boots a good deal to try to break them in and in the process have gotten some scuffs/dirt/etc. on them. Anyone know of a good way of cleaning them? Thanks

I was wondering the same thing. If somone has a link to an online store to buy a good cleaning kit, that would be great too!

they dont clean very well....pretty much at all

uscav.com is where i got mine, but dont think that it will work miracles

Does anyone know if the cadets are allowed to spray the boots with a waterproof protectorant to prevent them from getting so dirty?

Thanks

it really doesn't help even if you can

seriously, once they are dirty the only thing you can really do is make them uniformly dirty so at least its all the same color. have one pair for getting dirty and one that can stay clean

If you report to WP with these boots that are slightly dirty will they issue you a new pair, or do they just not worry about it... I have had the same problem and hell if I am going to spend all this time breaking them in if WP is just going to tell me that they are to dirty to wear...

yeah, I've got the same question. I mean, these aren't ballet shoes, they're combat boots! Of course they'll get dirty.
