I received my acceptance Nov 9 with my clemson ID, and the letter said the next steps are to activate my username online.
However, clemson’s website states: “You will need your Username Activation code, which will be emailed to you. Please note that this email may be received several days after receiving your letter”.
I have still not received an email and neither has my parents is anyone else experiencing this? Should I contact undergraduate admissions?
Thank you and go Tigs!
@clemson22xo I am sorry, but that is not an acceptance. It is an acknowledgement that they have received your application and you have been assigned an ID if you have any questions regarding your application. All acceptance notifications will be by mail only and they have until Feb 15th to send that. Hopefully, you will still get accepted.
@clemson22xo If you in fact did receive your admissions letter in the regular mail, then yes, I would contact admissions. Usually you get an email with the code within days of the Tigertown Bound envelope showing up in your mailbox. Check all your junk folders too, but sounds like perhaps a call is in order.
@mweb136 Clemson does not send mail out letters to confirm they received applications. I received a Tigertown Bound envelop that contained my acceptance letter, new student info, and a 15k/year merit scholarship so I’m pretty I got in… Thanks for your help though!
@Baxter126 Thank you I will call undergrad admissions!
That’s wonderful @clemson22xo You did not mention you received the TIgertown Bound envelope in your first post. Congrats!
