CLEP at UM?

I'm an incoming freshman to LSA who will be bringing with me 18-24 credits from AP and other college courses taken during high school. I would like to perhaps earn 6-12 more in order to enter with sophomore standing in the fall. Has anyone taken CLEP exams for credit at Michigan? Where can I find information on Michigan's policies regarding minimum scores, credit awarded, other opportunities for credit by examination, etc? I searched the umich website but couldn't find much. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

According to the CLEP website, UM does accept the credit.

[Colleges Granting CLEP Credit](http://apps.collegeboard.com/cbsearch_clep/searchCLEPCollegeResults.jsp?searchCategory_state=23&searchdb_city=&DBACTION=SEARCH&x=23&y=13)

Specifically, they grant credit for only a few of the exams.
