Cliffs AP Bio Self Study

I am self-studying AP Bio using only Cliffs AP Bio and from various threads, i hv read about the success that ppl had with cliffs. but i was wondering if studying only from cliffs, without any other textbooks or materials, is enuf to get a 5 on the AP exam? it seems as if most ppl who recommended cliffs use it as a supplement to their textbook or is taking the AP bio course at school, so im a bit concerned that i will not be able to get a 5 in may. could someone with previous experience please help?
Thanks in advance.

It's totally possible. I took the AP Bio test last year as a sophomore with only an honors bio background and got a 5. I only used Cliffs and occasionally the PR review book since it had some better pictures, so it's totally possible as long as you read it cover to cover a couple of times.

How many times? I only have 44 days till test. help!!!!!!!!

Cliffs was my supplement to my textbook. I read my textbook really well.

Right before the test I basicallly had the whole Cliffs book memorized. I glanced over the test and almost cried because it was so easy. I got a 5.

So Cliffs is way to go. I don't think there was any question on the AP test that wasn't covered in cliffs.

I had seen more negative ratings about cliffs ap biology including one reviewer who said this book didn't have enough details about genetics. Another reviewer said he memorized the whole book, but only got a 3 on the ap test. So can anybody tell if this book have enough details about genetics.
