Cliffs AP Biology

I've been reading the chemistry part of cliffs ap biology. I seem to have trouble understanding the chemistry part. Anybody can help me out here?

The chemistry part isn't that hard(it's somewhat long).

Look for the main points.

For instance it says that an atom with 7 electrons is more likely to bond than an atom with 8 electrons.

Also, it says a hyrogen bond, I believe, is ionic.

Ionic bonds have a harder time staying together.

Read the descriptions of the bonds, etc. and you'll be fine.

I got a 3 on the AP Bio test. and I'm going to take AP Chem.

I don't think enough pictures seem to be shown.

You should look for pictures online. I remembered a bunch of things from Chemistry, so that section wasn't a problem to me.

You should google search some pictures or maybe, wikipedia might have some pictures.

What exactly do you not understand?

Like less than 5% of the AP Bio test will have to do with chemistry. And yeah, just read up on wikipedia anything you don't understand of post here, but don't stress out about it.

i dont even think there were ne questions on chem on the test this yr. but let me know what you dont get and i should be able to explain i to you

That is true. There were no chem. questions, but there were questions about cells. Don't forget the basic things: chem, cells,...
